Peppers arms are bound at the wrists and elbows before her mouth is stuffed with the panties and wrapped with microfoam tape to seal it in. With the gag set he harnesses her upper body before moving her to the ground where her ankles are then bound. Shes moved to the ground where shes hogtied tightly before Mr. Big Boss runs off to lunch and to retrieve his own jacket.
