With that in place her arms are strapped around the wrists, torso and elbows before he moves on grabbing cuffs and adding them to her legs. The cuffs are attached with a lead and shes moved to the ground where she struggles with rather enthusiastic motion as her arms start to lose circulation from the tight straps.
