I walked into my office to find Annabelle asleep in the chair instead of doing her office work. I can't stand lazy secretaries and I was going to show her what happens. I knew I was going to get in trouble for us getting behind on our work load. sigh.

I left to get the Boss.
I return with the Boss and Annabelle is still sitting in the chair taped and gagged with her own panties. Then the Boss turns the tables on me! Blaming me for allowing one of the secretaries to XXXX off on the job! I protested but he tied my arms and elbows anyway and shoved my own panties in my mouth , securing it with wide micro foam tape. He then put me in a really tight hogtie on the desk and Annabelle and I stayed there and struggled!
