Elizabeth takes a good hard look at Belle dressed in a shiny red satin shirt and black disco jeans and after appraising her to be dressed properly for rope starts binding her wrists. Belle's elbows come next and are soon tightly bound as well. Belle's mouth is properly packed and then sealed with microfoam tape which makes her very effectively gagged. After moving Belle to the ground Lizz grabs more rope and starts in binding Belle's booted ankles first, then the arches of her high heels, finishing her off with a hogtie. Belle is then told to try to escape from the hogtie without realizing that Lizz has coiled the rope many times around the hogtie anchor. Finally taking mercy on her Lizz goes down and helps Belle's hogtie out freeing her from that part at least. With a new degree of freedom Belle starts having some fun trying to attack Lizz but getting nowhere as she's still bound, gagged, and helpless.
