Elizabeth, Lila, & Serene - Behind on Rent

My roommates and I have a meeting with our landlord today. He is apparently upset that we are a little behind on the rent. This stressed Elizabeth and I out so much that we had to go shopping, what better way to relieve some stress than finding a great sale right? Lila, always being the “responsible" one decides not to come with us, but makes us promise that we'll be there on time.
Lila ends up going to the meeting alone since we were running a tiny bit behind after seeing a shoe sale. Lila throws us under the bus right away telling Mr. Andrews that she has her portion of the rent but we don't have ours. The problem is that the lease is in Lila's name, no responsible person on earth would give Elizabeth and I an apartment, not after seeing our credit card bill anyway. He goes on to explain that he's not sure what to do since we are already so far behind.
Since Lila is between a rock and a hard place here, Mr. Andrews decides to take advantage of the situation. He stands up and runs his hand over her thigh telling her that they may be able to work something out. He has her stand up and put her arms behind her back. Using 6†plastic wrap, he begins to wind it tightly around her arms forcing them together. Next, he wraps her legs at the ankle and then uses the wrap to hogtie poor Lila on top of the ottoman. She asks if that is good enough and he replies it's close. He winds the wrap around her body and the ottoman to make sure she doesn't fall off and to waterproof her from any stray drool that may be falling in the future. One final touch is added, he stuffs some panties in her mouth and stretches the clear wrap over her mouth and around her head a few times.
Elizabeth and I finally show up, shopping bags in hand, but we feel much more relaxed now. We are both looking at our bound roommate trying to figure out exactly what happened here. Mr. Andrews tells us that we are working out a rent deal so we don't end up on the streets and calls Elizabeth over to one side of the ottoman and has me stand on the other. We lecture Lila about not consulting us about this arrangement before agreeing to it and how irresponsible that was.
Mr. Andrews uses rope to tie Elizabeth's arm together behind her back while I poke Lila a bit to make sure she can still move. My arms are next, but I compliment Elizabeth on how her elbows pulled back so tightly makes her breasts look great! He tells us to get on our knees and pulls out a weird looking thing with balls on it. He says it's for bonding time and pushes one of the balls into Elizabeth's mouth, buckling it behind her head. I tell him that we bond by shopping together, but he doesn't seem to like the idea. He pulls Elizabeth forward by the straps and shoves the other ball in my mouth keeping us bent over our roommate Lila and the two of us attached at the gag.
Elizabeth and I continue to talk around the huge gag and we seem to be annoying Mr. Andrews even more now. He grabs some more rope and binds our ankles together before tying the rope up to our arms leaving Elizabeth and I in matching kneeling hogties. Finally, he decides that that's enough and he leaves us all tightly bound and gagged to go have lunch with his twin brother across town. We wiggle and struggle but there's not much we can do, escaping is definitely not an option.
